Not sure if this is the same Millers restaurant that was in the older part of Newark and was shut down (for not paying sales tax) or not?
I attended a 3 day craft show there recently and tried some of their food. I ordered of course the rueban sandwich (still on my quest!) and fries. Bad move. Unlike their other food that is already prepared and they just slap it on a plate, the rueban sandwich is made to order. Its advertised as a "grilled" rueban but the actual sandwhich is not grilled at all.
It took approximately 25 minutes to get 2 rueban sandwiches. Way too long! Honestly I was about to give up and just get my money back. They also told us they do not have fries even though it is listed on the menu.
After the long wait what we got was really disappointing. They put the rueban through some kind of panini machine (again that is not grilled) and what we ended up with was some soggy gross version of a rueban sandwich. Epic Fail!
I did hear other people say the buffet food was very good so for sure if you go there stick to that. Im not a fan of buffet food and some of it looked to me like it had sat a very long time. But hey who am I to tell people to not eat buffet food?

Dragon's Buffet Newark Ohio UPDATE
Last week I saw a banner hanging on Dragon Buffets door that they are under new management. A friend begged me to try it again, so I unwillingly tried it again.
I will say the place is much cleaner than the previous owners had it. All the garage sale stuff is also gone. This did make me feel better about eating there. That odd smell they always had was also gone. So props to them for cleaning the place up.
But the food was still so so and the food bar was still a pain in the ass as they do not keep it full and much of what is on it has obviously been sitting for hours. Case in point: My friend got one of those doughnut things and it was hard as a rock.
The waitress also kept trying to remove our plates before we were done. I hate that! That is almost worse than having to wait for a check.
I still say skip this place and go across the street to Billy Lee's Chop Suey house. I ate there again yesterday and I have to say it could be the best Chinese in the Newark, Heath, Buckeye Lake area. Great service, great food. Just the way I like it!
